Encryption

All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Your communications with TimeCue are always secure.

Privacy by Design

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service. We never store video or audio files - only text transcripts.

Secure Authentication

We use Google OAuth for secure authentication. We never store your password and leverage industry-leading security practices.

Minimal Permissions

Our Chrome extension only requests permissions necessary for functionality. We don't track your browsing behavior outside our service.

Our Commitments

  • No video/audio storage: We only process and store text content (subtitles/transcripts)
  • Temporary processing: Any temporary files are deleted immediately after processing
  • Minimal data collection: We only collect what's necessary to provide the service
  • No tracking: We don't track your browsing behavior outside TimeCue
